An oscillator circuit that enables the user to practice the dits and dahs used for sending morse code. Inspired by the AARC presentation on PCB's but made with more basic parts to avoid any unnecessary coding.

Project Purpose[edit]

The purpose of this project is to build up a circuit that will help me learn and practice morse code. The original circuit design was designed as a simple oscillator based off the 555. I then modified the circuit and added to it to turn it into a design that would be useful to me. The potentiometer that adjusts the frequency was replaced with a resister that gave a frequency of around 800Hz.
